Penny’s From Heaven Spa is both a day spa and a med spa, guided by our medical director, Dr. Jeffrey R. Cole.

Among our day spa services, we offer HydraFacials, signature facials, permanent makeup, massages, fire cupping, body buffing, and full body waxing.

We also feature our Signature 90-Minute Wellness Soaks, designed for your comfort and relaxation, utilizing our special in-house minerals for detoxification. During your soak, enjoy our delicious prepared foods and choose a Signature Wellness Tea to complement your experience.

At Penny’s From Heaven Med Spa, our services include Botox, Juvederm, Cool Sculpting, Vitalize Peels, laser hair removal, vein treatments, tattoo removals, and photo-rejuvenation.

Owner / Licensed Esthetician

Our licensed esthetician and owner, Penny Farris Ogle has more than 29 years of experience. As an Esthetician, Penny specializes in a variety of facial and body treatments including Full-Body Waxing, Chemical Peels, HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, Permanent Makeup and Laser Hair Removal.

Medical Director

Dr. Jeffrey R. Cole, MD, FACS is a native of Fort Payne and has practiced General Surgery here for the past 5 years. He is Board-Certified in General Surgery and is an active Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Cole graduated from Fort Payne High School and then attended Birmingham-Southern College to obtain his undergraduate degree. After earning his medical degree at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Dr. Cole completed a General Surgery residency at the University of Kentucky Medical School in Lexington. He then returned to Fort Payne and joined Thompson Surgical Associates. He now serves as the Medical Director of the newly-opened Wound Care Center as well as regularly performing surgery at Dekalb Regional Medical Center. Dr. Cole is proud to offer cutting edge techniques using injectables and fillers.

Amber is a graduate of Plainview High School and Massage Therapy Institute. She specializes in Fire Cupping and Sports Massage. We are excited to have her as a huge addition to our spa team.
