Policies and Procedures


Refund Policy

There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by senior management. There are no cash / credit back refunds.  If management determines that the compensation is appropriate, the client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.  Service Providers are not Permitted to grant refunds at any time.

Cancellations / No Shows

We understand life happens and unplanned issues come up for us all.  We recognize this fact and we ask that you contact us to cancel or reschedule appointments 24-hours in advance.  We have reserved time and space especially for you and require a 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellations. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session upon cancellation.  If for any reason Penny's from Heaven Spa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment as much advance notice as possible will be given.  We will honor your service at the rescheduled appointment.  A "No Show" appointment will void a gift certificate, a package session or be charged to the credit card on file.  In the event no credit card is on file a pre-payment will be charged and all future appointments will require pre-pay. 

Product / Retail Refunds

There are no refunds on products or store retail unless otherwise determined by management.  All sales are final.  Out of courtesy, in the event you have a medically proven allergic reaction that is determined by a physician we will be glad to issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount. Please be advised we charge a "restocking fee" up to 50%.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount and must be presented at the time service is rendered.  Gift certificates are non- refundable and non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash refund.  We urge all gift certificate bearers to schedule their appointments as soon as possible upon receipt, because they have an expiration date.  Any Gift Certificate presented after its expiration date will have to be pre-approved by management.

Check in

To receive full value of the service, please arrive promptly.  If you are a new client we ask that you arrive 15 min. before your scheduled appointment.

Cell Phone

We want Penny's to be a heavenly and stress-reducing experience for all.  We kindly request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct conversations in the retail store or outside.  Please use headphones if you're watching videos.  We also do not allow cell phones or any electronic devices in our Salt Cave.

Late Arrivals

In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, if you are extensively later than your scheduled appointment we may shorten your service time. The service price may be charged in full.  As a courtesy we ask if you are running behind to give us a call at the Spa.

Privacy and Security

All client files are confidential.  The conversations you have with your service provider remains confidential.  All client list, pictures and emails are confidential and we do not share our client list with outside companies.

NSF / Return Checks

We graciously accept checks, however a $40.00 NSF fee will be assessed for any returned checks or returned payments and any other fees occurred will be applied.
